Velvet Touch Primer

Velvet Touch Foundation Primer creates a perfect canvas on which to apply either foundation or tinted moisturiser. Contains skin conditioning agents that protect the skin and give a silky feel minimising lines and wrinkles.

Application: shake tube before use and apply a small amount to the back of the hand. Spread across finger tips and apply to face. Avoid eye area.
