Returns

If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy!
Return the unworn item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original postage). Sorry but I don't offer a free returns label so please choose a reliable carrier service.  You’ll be notified by email as soon as the refund has been processed. 

Exclusions apply: for hygiene, earrings can't be returned to us unless faulty.
